SpedyII application

[Spedy]

Being a neutral in PA is nice, but turns out I cant stand the mind numbing boredom of it (basically complete char w/o any real enemies..) all the time. So, I've made SpedyII into an Itani military-style alt. Hope my other chars I've made will not generate trouble, I keep RP and all info completely separate between them.
